- Entry and Residency Visas
- Upon issuance of the university acceptance order, entry visas are issued to students through the following steps:
- Contact the Residency Department to issue entry visas
- Provide the Residency Department with the student’s information and documents
- Applications are submitted through the electronic visa platform
- Entry visas are issued after 15-20 days
- Entry visas are sent to students via email and phone number (students are requested to enter their phone number and email address accurately in the system)
- After the student receives the entry visa, they will be contacted by phone or email to set an arrival date.
- The arrival date must be within 30 days of the entry visa issuance date.
- Upon student arrival at Baghdad International Airport, the program administrator will receive them, complete the entry procedures, and transport them to the university.
